This is a tea tool for the lazy person, slowly going a little wrong in its own way.

Despite its appearance, it feels surprisingly comfortable to use,and true to its name,

it doesn’t ask you to be very diligent.

Please place the tea leaves in the cylinder section without the spout.

Although the surface appears rough, it goes through a polishing process that gives it an interesting feel without discomfort.

Natural surface characteristics that arise from changes in raw materials or firing events

cannot be considered defects.

From clay to hardened mineral, every step of the process is carried out by hand,

with individual care and attention.

• Regardless of order value, safe packaging is always our first priority.
• KIYOWARE uses corrugated cardboard and recycled paper for all packaging.

Exchange & Return Policy

• If a product is damaged in transit, we will send a replacement of the same item.

          For products listed under the Only category — where only one piece exists —

          we will offer a refund or exchange for a different item, depending on the situation.

Refund Policy

• Under applicable law, order cancellations are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

           However, due to the made-to-order nature of our work, cancellations are not possible

           if no request is made within 3 days of ordering, as production will have already begun.
