All products sold at KIYO MUSEO are handcrafted and made in-house.

Due to the nature of ceramics, no two pieces are ever identical.

Size variations of up to ±50mm (±15mm for tableware) may occur.

Natural surface characteristics that arise from changes in raw materials or firing events

cannot be considered defects.

From clay to hardened mineral, every step of the process is carried out by hand,

with individual care and attention.

• Regardless of order value, safe packaging is always our first priority.
• KIYOWARE uses corrugated cardboard and recycled paper for all packaging.
• We ship via EMS as standard. Shipping rates vary by country — please check before ordering. (From $30)
• Orders are dispatched within 3 days of payment, following inspection and finishing.

Exchange & Return Policy

• If a product is damaged in transit, we will send a replacement of the same item.

          For products listed under the Only category — where only one piece exists —

          we will offer a refund or exchange for a different item, depending on the situation.

           Please take extra care when unboxing.

Refund Policy

• Under applicable law, order cancellations are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.

           However, due to the made-to-order nature of our work, cancellations are not possible

           if no request is made within 3 days of ordering, as production will have already begun.
